Making Summer Mocktails with Echo Falls Zero Alcohol Sparkling Infusion

New Tisane bottle - on shelves from 1.12.15 (1)

I love a large glass of wine as much as the next gal, but lately I’ve been overdoing it with the Rioja and am in need of a lighter approach. Summer thirst approaching, mocktails are on the mind.

If like me, you’re on the hunt for summer mocktail recipes, I’ve found just the fizz for you. In the past I’ve been a tad sceptical about alcohol-free wine, but I was sent a bottle of Echo Falls Zero Alchol Sparkling Infusion last week and it’s absolutely delish. Summery and refreshing, this Sparkling Tisane is ideal for mamas-in-waiting, tee-totallers, designated drivers or, if you just want to drop the alcohol for a bit.

Perfect for summer party season and to add a touch of sparkle to school nights (minus the headache the next morning), the Tisane makes for a mamalicious baby shower drink too. It is very similar in taste to a Prosecco-style drink, with all the style and much fewer calories. With a delicate tea-infused palate, this sparkling drink is light, fresh and thirst-quenching.

And should you be looking to veer back to the alcohol, I’m also thinking of adding this bottle of bubbles into a less potent cocktail, so I can have a little kick but with a smaller sized hangover. Always a winner…

In the meantime, here’s a recipe for you to enjoy the Echo Falls 0% Alcohol Sparkling Infusion with a twist as a lovely summery mocktail:

  • ·Serve in a wine glass
  • Add a mint sprig, 70 ml of apple juice, add ice, then top up with Echo Falls 0% sparkling fusion
  • Throw in a splash of elderflower cordial and a frozen raspberry for some extra zing
  • Finish with a lime wedge squeeze and drop it into the glass
  • Devour and move onto your next one!

Echo Falls Zero Alcohol Sparkling Infusion is on sale at Asda RRP £5.
