Half term looming, L is very particular about what she wears at home these days. Six going on sixteen, she knows her own mind when it comes to style and everything else, something which I’m pretty proud of. Although fussy about fashion, she, alongside her mama, does always loves Joules designs.
The perfect mix between cosy enough for half term fun and fashion-forward so that she can hang out with her friends in style, my 2 Joules picks at the moment are definitely in keeping with L’s look du jour. These are; Cream Jnr Pixie Screen Print Jersey T Shirt and Grey Marl Star Jnr Fairdale Sweatshirt.
Packed full of stylish kidswear and perfect for half term, as always, Joules are spoiling us for childrenswear choice this SS16 season. The tee is an eye catching number honing in on the slogan trend and the sweat is an extra comfy layer for keeping warm. I love that Joules always focus on the little details which make their brand unique, and the sweat’s sweet star print with lemon and grey shades shows this. Don’t even get me started on the fabulous “Messy Hair Don’t Care” pattern.
This half term we’re off to Nanny’s house in Yorkshire, for TLC and grandparent fun. Not to mention some sneaking off to see friends for me and a lot of lovely help. At one point we went through a stage where L wouldn’t get dressed if her outfit didn’t involve sparkly tights, which proved a little impractical. Definitely happy to be past this phase, she loves more grown-up grey at the moment, and splashes of pink rather than a soaking. Thankfully.
So I may be a bit biased as I’d like to wear them myself, but I definitely think she’d approve of these beaut buys.
P.s Joules, can I get the tee in my size please?
Post in collaboration with Joules.
